Introduction: We offer: - Athletic training -- speed, explosiveness, agility, speed endurance, reaction training, vision training, strength training, vertical jump training, nutrition, and injury prevention. - Adult personal training -- weight loss, cardiovascular endurance training, muscle toning and strength training, fat burning, movement training, bone density, body composition, injury prevention, nutrition, and dynamic functional training. All training consist of one-on-one attention and individualized performance. Group training includes a high ratio for trainer/client.

Had a great experience with this cast of athletes who trained my daughter in such a short period of time that we had to work with..they made our appointments to our convenience, with their online appointment link that is extremely convenient! They were just as excited as we were to get started! I've been to several gyms and have observed several trainers who showcase themselves, rather than take a pure, solid interest in the individual they are working with and these guys "rocked" from start to finish and we ended up with phenomenal results! Expect to be molded into a new person, inside and out! Highly recommended!

I have been working out at Body Performance for almost a year. I have been very impressed with their knowledge of the body and how it works. They know exactly what muscles I am using and which I am not and how to strengthen the lazy ones. The results are all in my favor. Malcolm and Danny are personable, punctual, and knowledgeable. I would recommend Body Performance to anyone!

Malcolm and Danny customize every workout to the needs of the client. They understand the science of exercise and building core strength and can adapt the workout to any physical condition, from athletes to those who need a lot more help. Simply the best trainers in San Antonio.
