Introduction: We offer:
- Athletic training -- speed, explosiveness, agility, speed endurance, reaction training, vision training, strength training, vertical jump training, nutrition, and injury prevention.
- Adult personal training -- weight loss, cardiovascular endurance training, muscle toning and strength training, fat burning, movement training, bone density, body composition, injury prevention, nutrition, and dynamic functional training.
All training consist of one-on-one attention and individualized performance. Group training includes a high ratio for trainer/client.
