Hi! My name is Felix Flores and I am a passionate, independent trainer with over 10 years of experience in the gym looking to help any that I can with their fitness goals. My service’s include nutrition counseling, powerlifting meet prep, and general fitness/health counseling.
I understand creating a habit is difficult, but it's much easier when you actually enjoy what you're doing. I try my absolute best to offer a personable, yet high quality training experience with visible progressions and results in order to not only keep you motivated, but achieve the absolute best results. Lets get you into the best shape of your life!
I specialize in strength and conditioning but also incorporate HIT, yoga, and stability training into all of my clients programming. All 1 on 1 training session packages include custom workout routines based on limitations and personal goals. From warm-up, to workout, to post workout prehab and nutrition, you will receive every tool necessary to achieve your goal.

We value our clients health in addition to their families. With COVID-19 restrictions, you will be required to wear a mask on entry and exit of the gym. Temperatures are taken on entry and equipment is to be wiped down after use in order to minimize the spread of any infection.
Pricing is based on frequency per month. 30 minute and 60 minute sessions available from 20-60$ per session. No contracts, no hassle, no obligations besides to yourself.

I had worked out with so called olympic trainers who didn't make me feel like I was getting personalized training just generic training. I just completed my first month and I could not be happier. The results I'm seeing and new muscles I'm feeling are testimony. This young man has not only learned about personal training I'd say he has mastered his craft. He goes above and beyond to explain exercises as well as muscle physiology. Felix is currently training me for a competition and I could not be anymore confident I'll make stage and look good all thanks to Felix Flores Training.

I got to train with him a couple years ago. Unfortunately, I was unable to continue because of some work problems. I lost contact, but would enjoy working out again! It was very strenuous and fulfilling, and he knows what he’s doing. I’ve tried trainers before him, and they were more interested in collecting a paycheck than anything else. He’s serious and mindful.

Felix is a great trainer! He builds a workout plan tailored to help you achieve your goals. He teaches you proper body mechanics and always watches your form during the entire training session to ensure you don’t get injured. During each session he directs his full attention to you and is actually a motivating trainer; he pushes you and gets excited about your progress/new PRs. He’s knowledgeable on anything that pertains to fitness and asks for your input from time to time about things you like or don’t like about the training and about your progress.
Scheduling is flexible, communication is always clear, quick responses, and the rates are affordable.

I’ve been a client for about 7 weeks now and I have absolutely no complaints. Felix is very professional and knows what he’s doing.
