Introduction: I am personal trainer/coaching in health, fitness, wellness, and sports conditioning. with 18 years in the industry. From orthopedic rehabilitation to nationally competitive sports performance entities and clients. I also offer sport specialty training. While Tennis is my specialty I work with a wide verity of athletes and recreational or fitness minded people wanting to reach thier goals. I love training outdoors and on the court, or throughout the beautiful parks around SA. I will also work in the gym, or at your home/apartment gym. I have also just finished my private training studio
