FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to stay within a certain price range but grooming is really a "must see" profession to give an accurate price. There are a few variables. Example: A heavily matted dog will cost more than a dog that is regularly groomed ect ect. But i do try to stay within what i feel is a reasonable price range.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost a new client must feel comfortable with leaving their dog/dogs with me.Grooming is more than just the skill of clipping a dog. Their has to be a level of trust . It's my aim to make my clients feel at ease.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always had a great love of animals..big or small. I had the greatest of luck when i got hired on at a Vets office and the owner asked if i would like to learn to groom. At first i was hesitant. All those questions in my head"can i do this" etc.But i took a leap of faith and jumped in and loved every minute of it.Now here i am 14 years later and still love it as much as tthe first day but have a lot more confidence 😊
