- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices shown are our price for service of up to two pets. Pets over two are charged an additional $5 per pet.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we have a new addition to our family, we schedule a meet & greet to give us a chance to meet the new pet(s) that we’ll be serving. This gives us a chance to learn as much as possible about them with the parent present and also allows the pet to get to know us in the comfort of their pet parent’s presence.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Hire a professional with experience and insurance. You want someone that provides adequate training to their employees. Interview potential service providers to make sure you feel comfortable with them.
