They did the work in a reasonable time and the phone seems to be working. The needed part arrived from Samsung in days and was installed in hours. They also gave me consideration for being a senior and a veteran. If I need repairs in the future, I will definitely go there.

Communicative, understanding, and extremely honed in his craft. James is a workman's workman. He did more than I could've asked for, and saved me from more stress and agitation than anyone I've met all year. He repaired my phone, but he fixed a great weight off my shoulders and that is something a price cannot be put on.
