- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer military and senior discounts. We will also price match any local competitors in the area!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always welcome new customers! We will usually ask for the model number of the device you are wishing repaired, or gather as much info as possible in order to provide an accurate quote.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner has a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science and all of the techs have A+ and Security+ certifications.
