Look for photographers who have a creative style that is close to what you are looking for, and realize that if you want to get something that will last a lifetime - something that has lasting personal value - you must do your homework. Look at their work, their website, their portfolio, and get in touch with previous clients, if you can. This will help you make the most informed decision possible.
