- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
These are private 1 on 1 lessons. We travel to you for your convenience. The price is $65 a lesson. We also have a sibling discount that takes $10 off any sibling joining in lessons.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will get your information and put it in my scheduling system, then find out from the customer how many classes they would like. Find a day and time that works with them and create their schedule. Calculate their payment. Take payment and be at their house at their scheduled time. The time picked will be their day and time every week until the number of classes they bought ends. After that they may choose to rebuy or be done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The very first swim school I worked at was also a child development center. The owner has extensive knowledge in child development and she held meeting every week and went over those things with us! I learned a lot about a child’s development and also learned the whys in why a child does this or does that in the water. Since then after teaching for so many years I’ve learned to spot what a child is doing wrong. I am also CPR/First aid certified.
