- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge competitive market rate fees for our services and pride ourselves on delivering more value. Unlike many of our competitors we do not charge fees to your tenants because we believe all revenue should go to the landlord.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer an on-site visit or phone call where we can understand your needs and how we can assist you. We believe in educating our clients so that they can make the best decisions with the best available information.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a real estate broker and a licensed attorney for 16 years and I personally own residential and commercial income properties that EPS manages.
