- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Full property management services ($150 one time flat fee + the fee waived if hired. No monthly fees, no hidden fees). Ask me how? That's the best pricing on this platform. Everyone understands that "time" is money, so we charge this fee for consulting with you, answering your questions, coming out to visit and assess your property, taking property photos and creating & processing your client profile in our system. But the best part is should you decide to hire us we'll credit you back the $150 fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Let's start with a phone call so we can gather and understand your needs. Next, we determine which of our options best suits those needs and when you'd like to get started. After reviewing and signing the necessary paperwork and providing us with copies of the keys, we're ready to get to work for you. We'll then take photos (once the home is vacant of course) so that we can begin advertising the home to our waiting list of pre-screened individuals. This reduces the duration of the home's vacancy down to as little as 1 to 3 weeks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We've been in the real estate sector since 2010 buying and selling properties. Additionally, we've managed properties/units on Airbnb since 2019 (pre-COVID) and have managed to attain AND maintain the coveted SuperHost award recognition for the past 4 years consecutively - which means we know a thing or two about: 1. Maintaining properties consistently to appeal to a vast array of individuals, 2. Providing remarkable customer service to guests as well as property owners, 3. Routinely deploying a professional team of maintenance workers and cleaning staff so as maintain the integrity and aesthetics of the property's market value. 4.
