I met with Jordan and he answered all of my property management questions/concerns thoroughly and RPM management fees are very competitive when compared to other Property Management firms in New Braunfels. Although Jordan is based in San Antonio, he assured me that his extensive network of licensed contractors would service any need we might have at our house in New Braunfels. He helped me identify a fair market rent valuation and he agreed to list our property 60 days prior to turnover. He promptly placed a sign in our yard, installed a lockbox, and listed the property online on the agreed-upon date. As interested residents called to schedule showings, he scheduled the first wave of showings for our property six days after the property was listed... seven showings in one day! Our property rented out on this first day of showings!

Fee's vary based on each clients property needs. We do offer discounts for Military and multiple properties.

1. Build relationship and collect information necessary for your property. 2. Evaluate property to determine an aggressive rent amount for your property. 3. Become a valued RPM Client and have your home aggressively marketed.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every member of our friendly staff is a Licensed Texas Realtor. Licensed Professional Residential Property Manager (PRM).
