Eileen has been the best. We had previously listed our home back in October 2010, with another realtor for 90 days. It did not sell then. Ten months later, we decided to re-list, so we looked at all the realtors information we recieved along with their pitch on why our home did not sell, and how they could sell it! We then selected 4 realtors, out of the bunch, to interview. Eileen stood out! The difference is that she is not a realtor, she is the "Real Estate" business. Her maketing plan and support staff is superb! We had a sales contract in less than 2 weeks and a second back up contract. We will be closing in the next couple of weeks. Eileen, thanks for all your help! You are the best!

When we were moving to San Antonio from the Houston area we had only a few days to look for the perfect home. Eileen was really on the ball! First she answered my emails right away and sent property listings constantly that she thought would suit our needs. When we came down with our 2 small children, she picked us up and drove us around for hours for several days looking at every house we wanted to see. She never complained and she put up with us and our kids until we found the house we liked. The first deal fell through and we actually had to do that all over again! She was wonderful and made a hard, tiring trip enjoyable. The buying process was super easy as well. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to buy or sell. She is a super hardworking agent.

My husband and I highly recommend Eileen Willis to anyone looking for a real estate agent. We listed our home on the market in the summer of 2013 and had only 6 showings with no offers. Somewhat disappointed we took our house off the market in December. In the months to follow I received many solicitations about relisting our home. I kept the ones I thought were good prospects knowing we were going to relist. In the early summer of 2014 I interviewed several agents. Eileen was one of them. During her interview Eileen showed me her marketing plan along with a market analysis on the home. She explained her speciality was listing homes with a 90% success rate of selling homes previously on the market. She was very professional and passionate as we spoke. We signed a contract the following day. With a clipboard in hand we got to work walking through the home, she wrote notes and asked significant details about the home. She even walked the entire outside perimeter of the 2.5 acre property. Eileen saw the beauty of the hill country home and scheduled a professional photographer to take twilight pictures. The virtual tour online captured the beauty of the home and surrounding property. After several showings, an open house, we received an offer, negotiated once and signed a contract within 30 days. After signing she explained in detail the steps to follow. She was in constant contact and it went very smoothly. It was truly a blessing to have Eileen as our real estate agent and now true friend. My husband and I were both very impressed with Eileen and Philip's professionalism and customer service. They were both so pleasant to work with through the entire home selling and buying process; we truly felt as though we were working with friends! Philip went out of his way on multiple occasions to hand-carry documents to us for signature, ensuring their prompt delivery. Our calls were always returned promptly if we didn't reach them immediately - which was extremely rare. My husband and I both felt very comfortable throughout the process; we were always treated as though we were the only people that mattered to them. Eileen and Philip are excellent examples of real estate professionals who are genuinely sincere and possess integrity. Although I don't want to move again anytime soon, but if I had to sell my home and buy another again in the future, I would call Philip and Eileen first.
