- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new customer contacts us regarding a plumbing issue, the process is simple: ~ We request the project information and a description of the plumbing issue you are experiencing. ~ We provide consultation and recommend a solution, then give you the option to schedule. ~ We notify you 30 minutes prior to the technician’s arrival. Once the project is completed, he collects payment via a method that is convenient for you: Credit Card (3% processing fee), Cash, Check, Venmo, Cash App, PayPal, Apple Pay or Zelle. ~ You receive a receipt via email!

I’ve taken classes ranging from osha to plumbing, as well as construction and remodeling. Worked under experienced tradesmen for over 10 years.
