I cannot say enough good things about this company. I had 2 separate properties that got damaged by vandalism/accidents and they fought with the insurance company to get more out of them than I ever thought possible for repairs. They also did 2 roof replacements and on every last inch they did quality, high value and speedy work. If you have damage you want Adrienne on your side. She knows her business and treats every step as though she were the homeowner. I will go to them first for any repair inn the future. If they don't do the work, they'll point you at someone who does. I have worked with a LOT of bad contractors over the years, so these guys really stand out for quality and service.

I needed roof repair before closing. They answered my thumbtack same day and came out for a quote. While delayed due to weather, they always kept me informed on the status of the project. Quality of the work was excellent as well. That really stepped up and made this a great experience. I wouldn't hesitate to hire for another job.

I went looking for a roof repair from storm damage (Harvey) and ended up with a full service contractor in Admiral Property Restoration. Their representative (Adrienne) was there to help me negotiate with my insurance company and get the entirety of coverage that by myself would not have gotten. The contractors that she arranged were all first rate in quality of craftsmanship and responsiveness. For any future home repairs my first stop will definitely be Admiral.
