Granado Roofing is an excellent company! They are quick to respond to requests for work, they keep you updated with when the work will be done, they check back in with you once it's completed, and they even take the weather into concern for the work you need done. I had some flapping shingles and they called me wanting to come early because we had some weather coming in. They wanted to be sure that I was taken care of before my roof got worse. You don't get that kind of amazing and caring customer service from very many places and I will continue doing business with them for as long as I can! Thank you for taking care of my house and helping to keep my family sleep.

I had a plumber come out to the house to install a gas water heater, and I needed someone to modify my roof/tiles to accommodate the gas vent lines. Granado roofing came over the same day, provided a very reasonable quote, and ended up doing the job. Robert was a pleasure to work with, too. I couldn't ask for better results. I recommend them.I do a lot of diligenceto ensure qualityand Granado Roofing met thechallenge.Quality Materials were used: Rotten decking was replaced with plywood meeting existing decking specifications, which foil lined,exposure1 level. 100% cedar battenboards which are superior to pressure treated wood, self adhesive underlayment whichprovides better sealing against water intrusion than standard felt. #18 Perfectseal Flashing Cement, which is reliable and industry-standard.Quality of Work: Granado Roofing took repair photos during the various stages of the process, at my request. Alamo City Home Inspections reviewed the photos and passed the inspection with no issue. Tiles were replaced in the exact order and position. Flashing and sealing was enhanced. The roof looks exactly as it did prior to repair and the leak has totally stopped.

Our master roofer Robert Sr. and master painter James each have 25+ years of experience perfecting their craft, so you can trust in the quality of their work.
On the business end, Robert Jr. is the experienced contractor, with over 100 successful contracts and counting, big and small.
Alec is trained in conflict resolution and experienced in the office, handling clients and their info with great care.

From father to son, Robert Granado Sr. taught Robert Granado Jr. the craft of roofing - with decades of craftsmanship experience.
