To put it simply.. I was blessed the day I met Ivan Ramirez - Owner of IRC Roofing & Construction.I had been denied by insurance at least three other times for a new roof (the last was 3 weeks prior to working with IRC Roofing). Ivan came by for an initial inspection and was confident the damage on our roof was sufficient for an insurance claim and that he could get us approved.HE GOT IT DONE!!!He met with the insurance adjuster the day they came to inspect the roof and ensured they noted ALL the damage incurred from several storms (wind and hail). He then requested authorization with the insurance company to handle the claim on my behalf, ensuring they had everything they needed to process the claim with little to no effort on my part.The roof replacement was FAST!! One day replacement with upgrades from turbine ventilation to ridge line vent across the peak of the roof. He was able to replace wood that had rotted utilizing the insurance claim funds as well as sub-contract gutter replacement. After installation, there was a small corner that the gutters were not functioning properly. Ivan was there the same day he was notified and was able to get the repair work done the NEXT DAY!He then went on to replace the roofs for my neighbor's home, my son's home, as well as about (no exaggeration) 10 other homes in my neighborhood.He has genuinely become a family friend. He builds true relationships with his clients and pours his heart and soul into doing the best job possible. Ivan at IRC Roofing & Construction will forever have the business of our friends and family! 100 out of 10!

Saw IRC Roofing on social media and contacted them for some roof repair after I noticed several leaks. So glad I called them! They came out right away, gave me a better quote then a few other places I called. They fixed the leaks fast and I was really happy with their work.

I was introduced to Ivan with IRC Roofing and Construction on a Saturday evening. He was hanging out in the garage with my parents after completing their neighbors roof that day (he had already completed the repair on their roof the week prior).I told him the situation regarding my roof and that I wasn't sure if I would qualify for a replacement from my insurance company. Ivan came to inspect that week, contacted my insurance company to set up the claim for me (with my authorization), met with the insurance adjuster to complete the inspection, and helped to maximize my claim funds to ensure there was enough funding to take care of everything! He even helped to obtain funding from damage wind and hail incurred to my fence, garage door, vehicles, window trim..etc.He has since helped my neighbor replace turtle shell ventilation and done inspections for several other neighbors as I was MORE than happy to refer. Ivan keeps in regular contact with me after the roof replacement as we have now become genuine friends since meeting. He is the most honest and sincere contractor you will ever meet! He even took the time to learn the names of my pets and asks about them!! LolThank you Ivan and IRC Roofing & Construction for the great work and friendship!

We needed a new roof last year. Mr Ramirez helped us navigate the red tape with our insurance company. He and his team did a wonderful job. We now have a beautiful roof. And appreciate his patience and help with this replacement. His company also repaired the chimney that needed some TLC. Great job and company!!!

I just moved to San Antonio 2 months ago from California. Come to find out I have a big bat problem in the walls and attic of my house. There were a lot of holes that needed sealing and repair before the bat removal expert could even begin. I didn't know who to call or what I was looking for. Bats can use the tiniest holes apparently. It seemed like this huge daunting task and I was worried. Jesus and Mary took care of me though, by helping me to find Irc Roofing& Construction. I had just returned from church where I had prayed for help with the bats when I heard a knock on my door. I didn't answer it right away, because I assumed it was a package but when I looked it was an irc Roofing card, a godsend indeed. They coordinated with the bat expert, understanding what to look for, most definitely, a million times better than I did. They were very reasonably priced. They covered all the holes in such a short time and were professional, polite and kind in every interaction. I am so happy that they were led to me or me to them. It was a huge weight off my shoulders. I'll be calling them for any kind of roofing and construction I'll ever need.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a Owens Corning preferred contractor, so we offer extended warranties. Estimates are free, and we often offer a "good, better, best" option
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we discuss customer needs and provide free roofing inspection, than suggesting repair of full replacement. If the the project can be covered by the insurance company, we walk you through the process and ensure that the insurance cover all the damages. After adjuster meeting we schedule the work. After everything is completed we walk with customer to make sure that he is completely satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 7+years of experience, we are trained to install a variety of roofing systems-from shingles to metal roofing. Further, our industry provides for continuing education and various and sundry new techniques and product lines. We continuously upgrade our knowledge through training from GAF, Owens Corning and other industry leaders.
