FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the type of work needed, roof size, pitch, access, materials, and whether the project is a repair, replacement, or insurance-related scope. After inspecting the roof, we provide a clear written estimate with photos and scope details. For insurance-related projects, we can help review the carrier estimate and document roof damage accurately. We explain any recommended changes before work begins so there are no surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a roof inspection to identify the issue, whether it is a leak, missing shingles, storm damage, age-related wear, or a full replacement need. After the inspection, we provide photos and a written estimate explaining the recommended scope of work. Once approved, we schedule materials, coordinate the crew, complete the repair or replacement, and perform a final walkthrough and cleanup. For insurance-related projects, we can help document the roof condition and communicate professionally with the adjuster when needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our roofing staff are certified IKO shingle and TPO (flat roof) installers and participate in ongoing training related to the roofing industry throughout the year to stay informed of the best products, practices, and innovations.
