Mr. Montes was quick to respond to my roof repair request. I told him that I had a roof leak and he said he would come and take a look and gave a timeline for when he would come by. Upon investigation he let me know that a portion of my roof had blown off from recent storm, and showed photos of the damage caused. He explained the work that was needed for the repair and suggested additional work to seal the other roof penetrations to prevent water from entering in the future. We agreed on when the work would take place and he realized the roof and I went ahead and got the preventative maintenance as well. I would recommend Mr. Montes to anyone who needs a roof inspection or repair/maintenance. Will call him with any future needs.

While other companies wanted to charge me hundreds of dollars to only place 2 shingles missing from my roof (no leaking or other damage) Manuel reached out to me quickly after seeing the pictures I provided. He was able to complete the job the same day, he even went above and beyond doing some extra maintenance to my roof that was not even part of the quote. 1 year warranty. Affordable and professional. This was the second company that I had come out to give a estimate on my roof. I had a few shingles that were missing and a piece of facia. The first company wanted me to replace the entire roof and file with the insurance company wi h as you know could have cost me big big$## without even a thought I was give a very reasonable quote to replace the missing pieces and some other work as well. I can't say enough great things about this company. Saved me thousands fixed the roof plus. Will rehire recommend to anyone looking for quality work and value. Does the job on time for what he says. I'm so glad he did my work. Will use in future.

Manuel showed up promptly and pointed out places on our roof needing attention. He also removed and hauled off an old satellite dish. While his was not the lowest bid it did point out several things we had not noticed in his offer. I would highly recommend him.
