Although my roof was replaced a few years ago, some of my shingles had come loose in at least two areas, and I worried about what could happen were they not secured. I mentioned this to two youngsters--Cameron Vu and Noah Duggar--who came to my door inquiring about roofing needs.Not only did Cameron and Noah offer to take a look and make an assessment, but with concurrence, they actually climbed atop my roof and affixed the loose shingles. I was highly impressed with their friendly professionalism and genuine interest in my roofing needs. When they finished, they showed me up close pictures of the work they completed on my behalf.Please know I am sincerely appreciative of Noah and Cameron, as well as their team leader, Brandon Green, for putting my mind at ease about the condition and status of my roof. When I moved in, I had 7 leaks, so it is something which concerned me. Your knowledgeable team relieved my anxiety, and I am thankful. Jason and the team at Rhino Roofing saved the day. During one of the more stressful times in selling a home Jason took care of my roof. From contract to close many things need to occur and during our routine inspection it was identified that I had several exposed roofing nails. I called several roofing companies that were willing to help next month which is not what I needed. When I explained to Jason the report he was more than happy to assist me with my roofing needs. He set a day and showed up as promised. They called just before arriving and didn't even need me to be at the house. I really appreciate their professionalism and flexibility getting to me before my closing date. Thank you!

Brandon came out a few times, even being way out in Hondo and quite the drive for him. He inspected my roof, came out with the first insurance adjuster (the adjuster was super unprofessional but Brandon remained cool and calm and professional the whole time). Brandon fought my insurance company for me and got a new adjuster to come out for another inspection and got the full roof replacement he knew I needed. He is super knowledgeable and professional. Hes kept me in the loop with the whole process and has made sure Im happy with the results. They always upgrade your shingles to a better product. I never felt deceived and theyre very upfront about what all youre getting. I highly recommend Rhino Roofers!
