- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All our pricing is giving onsite after inspecting and accurately measuring and calculating the cost to make repairs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process in working with Rox Roofing is the following: ➊.The customer would book a time and date to visit the property over the phone. ➋. We will walk the property and address any damages seen from the ground. ➌ We then will go over pricing, payment plans if needed & select products. ➍. Agreement is signed and sent to production. ➎. Our project manager will then call and go over the install dates. ➏. Once project is completed, we will walk the property and collect final balance. ➐.Customer will write an authentic review :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
➊.Aside from on the job training with other professionals early on, ROX attends manufacture installation classes and courses. ➋. Continuous research and keeping up with new technology. ➌To provide the best product and service, we try as hard as possible to stay up to date with practical and recommended techniques from the manufacture.
