FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Making any home improvement, big or small, from a full roof replacement to mowing the lawn, can be an unexpected expense, and we completely understand this. Depending on the labor involved and the cost of material at the time, we always try to help every homeowner with each individual job. I would definitely consider our prices very reasonable!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1.) Introduce myself and Greet Homeowner 2.) Identify the job (how may we help) (what does homeowner want done) 3.) Depending on job, may be able to give direct estimate 4.) If I can't give a direct estimate, I will set up an appointment to go look at job/take measurements. 5.) Email Estimate to Homeowner 6.) If homeowner accepts estimate, I schedule the job! *Honest Communication is Key throughout the entire process from start to finish*
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Been doing all different types of handyman work for over 20 plus years. Raised to work and still learning new skills as I go.
