We are very happy with the process and results. We first met Scott who went over the process with us, gave us the estimate and made adjustments in the contract. Jonathon was our on-site contractor who listened, accepted feedback and did the job well. Sylvia who supervised our site visited the 3 times, explained to us the nitty gritty and made sure the work was done correctly. She was available over text any time of the day ( and even night). These folks truly care about customer satisfaction, quality of their work and communication. Highly recommend. Thank you, Scott, Sylvia and Jonathon!

We had our roof replaced along with having our existing solar panels removed and reinstalled. It is very convenient to have one company that can do it all. In addition they were able to replace my old vinyl siding with hardiplank as well as fix the interior water damage to my sheetrock. Everything was completed professionally and at a competitive cost with other companies. Whenever I had a concern with my project, Sylvia was able to get it resolved quickly. I couldn't be happier with how this project came out.

These guys are great! They did exactly what I talked about with the salesman. They cleaned up and we got a lifetime warranty. They also gave me a free power generator that works great.

I had solar power installed at our home in 2023, and the company then went out of business. The system quit working after 9 months, and I got a referral to Sustainable Roofing. Ernest, their Master electrician, came out promptly, diagnosed the problem, and got the system back in operation in 2 hours. He noted some other potential problems with the installation, got me a quote, and repaired all items within 2 weeks. They are a very professional organization.

We were new at tornado damage repair. Our Farm Bureau was excellent in their part and Lowe's was our trusted place to get home repairs. Since we did not know how to even set up a project we called and Lowe's support was fabulous. Now, we needed to work with the Roofing company Lowe's picked. What an excellent company! SUSTAINABLE ROOFING with Sylvia as our contact specialist made everything very easy and now we have a beautiful new roof. Without these dedicated individuals protecting our rights and guiding us in the right direction no telling what we would have ended up doing. So, to make a long review to the point. We are excited about the future because next comes our home we live in now that needs a new roof! I think this will be much easier the second time around!

We often beat our competitors' prices for similar projects. Plus, we have various discounts and promotions available. Right now, when you purchase a new roof or solar system, you’ll receive a free generator or gutters!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once a client decides to work with our company, we send a welcome email and assign a dedicated project manager to oversee the project. The project manager will handle all necessary permits, create a detailed materials list, and establish schedule expectations. This ensures that there’s one point of contact managing the project from start to finish for a smooth and streamlined experience.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We take pride in our qualifications and certifications. Our installation comes with certification from the roof manufacturer, ensuring quality and compliance. We employ a Master Electrician to oversee all electrical work, and we hold an EPA Lead Safe Contractor Certification. Additionally, several team members have completed product training and earned certifications in their respective areas. We also have a Certified Public Accountant on staff to manage our financial practices effectively.
