Damian with Texaspro Services has done many jobs around my property over the last 2 years at very affordable prices. He's done a custom wrap-around decking for my house, & a beautiful custom raised garden bed attached to said decking at my request, and per my description.
He poured a concrete slab for a pergola and added a metal roof overhead per my requested design.
I added 2 buildings outside my house, and he designed a unique hallway to connect each of them to my main house, he created an excellent transition, he did all the framing, from the pier and beam foundation to the roof. He installed the same siding I already had on the rest of my house, and added a completed roof with the necessary attic space for a complete HVAC installation. He integrated it with my existing roof better than I imagined it could be done. He added scuttle holes in my ceilings to access my HVAC ductwork, as I have some very small crawl spaces for my attic. He also painted trim, cut and added it onto my ceiling scuttle holes complete with covers, so they look very nice. 😊 On this add-on, he added 4 exterior doors, 2 interior doors, and a window.
He's installed pocket doors, indoor doors, and outdoor doors for me. He's painted doors, and very well, might I add. He's uninstalled and installed many doors and windows for me. He's painted and installed trim almost everywhere in my house so far. It looks great. 👌
He's made a front porch, complete with a roof to match my existing roof, a deck, stairs, and rails.
He's added awnings over doorways, extra stairs elsewhere where I've needed them, including 2 custom stairs leading into a swimming pond, which extended from a deck he also built…he also added lattice work under the deck he built. He also built 2 ramps for me leading onto my deck.
It all looks excellent, and I still have more work for him to do here. Next, he'll be adding a skirting all the way around my house, more raised garden beds, extend my master bathroom, and build a workshop from the ground up. My mom is so impressed with the raised garden beds he built for us that he'll probably be doing that for her soon as well.
I have a very unusual home, as it's custom built, and this company has helped me further customize my home for less money than most carpenters charge, plus he's quite fast, since he knows what he's doing. 👍
I'll post as many photos as I can, but I've taken many photos of his work at my house in the last 2 years. Brace yourself! 😅
