Digital Fire did a great job setting up my home security camera system. They were able to conceal all wires and run an Ethernet cable from one room to the security box in another room. Definitely highly recommend them

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    For Managed IT, we charge by the devices and by the level of support needed. Some individuals would just like patching and monitoring, whereas others may need daily backups with 1 hour incident response. Every customer is different.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Obtain all the necessary information so that we may accurately quote the customer without over charging them. We then schedule a time to conduct a phone call to confirm the work needed, and then a follow on time to conduct the work. After the job is complete, we check with the customer for 100% satisfaction before closing out the job.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Cisco Certified Network Professional - Routing & Switching Cisco Certified Network Associate - Voice, Security ISC2 - CISSP CompTIA - Security +, A+, Network +, Project+, Linux+ EMC - ISA Certified Ethical Hacker
