Digital Fire Team had helped me out back in Jan with some small computer issues. They fixed my issues quickly and with little expense. When I found out I would be working overseas for an extended amount of time, I needed a way to access my information. I gave Digital Fire Team a call. They set me up with a secure server I could access while I was overseas working for an extended period of time. I needed this solution as I did not want to carry hard drives or other devices with me that could potentially be lost or confiscated. Once again Digital Fire Team set me up with minimal cost. I was scared it would be too expensive, but was surprised once more at the no nonsense approach they had with me. No hidden extras, no services or devices I would never use. I wish other services I use were this easy to deal with. I cannot say enough about this great team.

Digital Fire did a great job setting up my home security camera system. They were able to conceal all wires and run an Ethernet cable from one room to the security box in another room. Definitely highly recommend them

I can't say enough about Digital Fire Team. Not only were David and Rueben hands on with scheduling my work but they are extremely professional. They were able to fit my work on their schedule the next day. It is always wonderful to work with our veterans who served our country. I will only be using Digital Fire Team for my IT work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Managed IT, we charge by the devices and by the level of support needed. Some individuals would just like patching and monitoring, whereas others may need daily backups with 1 hour incident response. Every customer is different.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Obtain all the necessary information so that we may accurately quote the customer without over charging them. We then schedule a time to conduct a phone call to confirm the work needed, and then a follow on time to conduct the work. After the job is complete, we check with the customer for 100% satisfaction before closing out the job.
