- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% military discount upon proof of a valid military ID. We offer a 3% discount for cash, zelle, or check.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will ask for rough measurements and an example of what you want. After that we can give you a ballpark estimate over the phone. Once we decide to move forward, we will schedule an in person estimate and measure.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
