FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is to provide quality, licensed work that is safe and built to last. Our pricing reflects the expertise of our licensed electricians, high-quality materials, and the required safety code compliance. We don't cut corners, so you have peace of mind. We do offer Veteran and First responder 10 % discount.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
- Initial Consultation: We begin by listening to your specific goals, expectations, and project needs. - Tailored Proposal: We develop a job-specific proposal, discuss the project timeline, and confirm all expectations upfront. - Onboarding: We prioritize open communication regarding project progress and target completion dates. - Progress Monitoring: We conduct periodic check-ins with both our team and the customer to ensure the project remains on schedule and within budget. - Long-term Partnership: Our focus is on building a lasting relationship, ensuring you feel supported well beyond the initial project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner was trained as an electrician in the U.S. Air Force for four years and has over 40 years of experience in the electrical trade. All of our technicians complete four hours of state-approved continuing education classes annually and undergo thorough background checks. Furthermore, every project is managed by a Journeyman or Master Electrician, who provides guidance to apprentices to ensure we maintain the highest quality standards.
