- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer fair, transparent pricing based on the scope and complexity of each project. Every job is different, so we provide detailed estimates upfront with no hidden fees. We’re not always the cheapest option, but we focus on doing the job correctly, safely, and up to code—saving you money in the long run. We may offer discounts for combined services such as detach & reset with inspections or electrical work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation to understand your needs, whether it’s a roof replacement, system repair, or inspection. From there, we assess the solar system and electrical components, provide a clear estimate, and coordinate with your roofing contractor if needed. Once approved, we schedule the work, safely detach the system, and complete the reset after roofing is finished, followed by testing to ensure everything is running properly and efficiently.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has hands-on experience and technical training in solar systems and electrical work. We stay up to date with industry standards, local codes, and safety requirements to ensure every project is completed professionally and compliantly.
