Luis from SuSecure responded within an hour to my request for a repair to my solarpanel system. He diagnosed the problem quickly and stated the inverter was bad. This is normally a $ 4,000 part, but he was able to procure one for me for only an installation charge which was a great savings. If you are ever in need of repair work, SunSecure is the company to use. They are very responsive and follow up with you after the service to make sure you are satisfied.

Luis from Sun Secure was quick to respond and flexible with my availability. He came out to inspect my solar system for free! While troubleshooting with solar edge support they found a fried fuse, Luis had an extra on one him which avoided needing a second trip. The fuse replacement got the screen back on but it was still erroring out. After troubleshooting solar edge honored my warranty. They are sending a new inverter to Sun Secure and they will come back out to install it as well as seal up the pipes that’s leaking caused the damage in the first place. He’s quoted $600 for everything which is DRASTICALLY more affordable that competitors. I HIGHLY recommend Sun Secure.
