I think five star reviews are thrown around lightly, but Alex genuinely delivers true five-star service. He proactively communicated with us prior to our dinner party, assisting in the planning of our evening’s schedule and providing tailored recommendations for appetizers and dinner that paired excellently with our wine selection. Alex arrived at our home early to set up, presenting a professional bar table setup. He shared valuable insights about the wines we sampled and engaged pleasantly with all our guests. He brought his own wine glasses, which are cleaned in an industrial washer, alleviating the burden of us washing 25 glasses at the end of the event. As our party ran late, he recognized that guests wanted to continue enjoying their wine and graciously offered to return later to pick up his wine glasses. I highly recommend Alex's sommelier services and will certainly be reaching out to him for future events.
