Mondo Sprinkler repair as fantastic. Mr. Sanchez did agreat job with my lawn. He fixed two leaks, rebuilt the master valve, fixed the direction of the Sprinkler heads, changed the broken ones and showed me how to program the system. He is amazing. If you have an issue with your sprinkler system, do not hesitate to call Mr. Sanchez. He will get your system running, fast.

Mondo was a breeze to work with. He responded to messages very quickly. I reached out to him on a Friday and he came to my home promptly the next morning. He quickly determined our sprinkler system had a busted pipe and went to work repairing it. He had everything done within an hour (which my husband appreciated because, college football) and the work was done for a great price. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I started doing irrigation during summer breaks from high school. My dad was and still doing irrigation and I’ve learned a lot through years working with him. With time passing by I flew away from the nest and tried working with other companies but I was never happy because they never shared the same values as I do. I know how frustrating it is to have a problem and the only people to help you are not happy helping. That’s why I’ve decided that with my small business we will not be like other companies, we will thrive to give the best customer service now and forever.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I have my irrigator license with TCEQ, I also attend yearly training programs to expand my knowledge of irrigation.
