- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process will probably be like many others with our world changing as we speak with COVID, we have to take precautions for our safety. I normally speak over the phone and set up an appointment with them to meet in person so we can go over what type of work is needed done for them.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've worked in pool stores and warehouses selling pool products, from there I gained a lot of knowledge from pool chemistry to pool equipment. I was given an opportunity to give a close friend a helping hand to clean pools then after he no longer needed me that's when I decided to start my own business in 2020, I have not looked back and loving it.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I've worked with all sorts of clients and I am looking forward to working with many more.
