- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If we can’t identify the issue over the phone, that’s when the service call comes in we’ll come out to assess the situation in person and figure out exactly what’s going on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m certified with Hayward, Pentair, and Jandy, three of the leading manufacturers in the pool industry. These certifications ensure I’m trained to properly install, maintain, and troubleshoot their equipment to industry standards.
