Michael was very helpful in reviewing my taxes and explaining what I was mistaking. Because of his help, I am better prepared to file my taxes. I had a very good experience with Michael handling my late tax filing. We were able to communicate by phone and portal to upload my documents. My experience with Prosper Tax far exceeded my expectations. I was in a bit of a mess with several years of taxes to file. I was also on a tight time line and was overwhelmed and anxious. Michael Hij was knowledgeable, efficient and really wonderful to work with. He made a painful process as easy as possible with clear communication, help with technology and encouragement along the way.
