All pricing is agreed upon before we start work. No bait and switch tactics like at tax prep franchises. We also offer FREE tax advice to all our clients so they can always call, email, or text us free of charge.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
* 1. Call our office to talk to a Tax Advisor * 2. Email your tax documents through our secure system * 3. We will start working on your return while we stay in constant communication with you. Call, text, or email us. * 4. Get your refund!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our tax pros are CPA's or Tax Professionals with at least 15 or more years of experience
