Chris, I apologized to you for being late for our initial meeting. Unfortunately, I am at the mercy of insurance adjusters and our meetings do not always start or end on time. I spoke to you on the phone and let you know I was running behind by an hour and you seemed like you were having a bad day and abruptly told me to "forget it". Yet, you still noted that I was "hired" even before we met. We strive and obtain 5 stars in craftsmanship and service - I wish you would have given us the chance to prove that to you.

Our salesman Karl was outstanding! A few minor things were quickly corrected. The quality is great however, the big difference in the final bill does not sit well with us. Price quote was a deciding factor between 2 roofers that both had quality work/materials but the final bill of over 9 thousand higher from quote, we would have probably went with other roofer for a few thousand more and guarantee price would not change. Feel this was a sell tactic to get the business.

I really try and give the best customer service possible. with that being said, it appears I did not do a good job clarifying that the extra dollar amount was paid for by your insurance company for things they did not include in their original estimate. You were reimbursed for those items which we found so that we could give you the best roof possible with a full warranty. Thanks again, Karl Koegel

Easy to work with this company, however they left a mess..... old shingles, roofing paper, nails around the entire duplex. I called to ask for the clean-up and was told someone was on their way. They never showed. It took me 3 hours to get everything picked up and thrown away. Too bad this piece of the job tainted the quality of service.
