I honestly cannot say enough good things about Southwest Termite and Pest. I was lost not knowing what to do when I had a Skunk under my house which already sprayed my dogs. Calling numerous places all wanted to charge me over $600. I couldn't afford that on a single income. Raul did this for less then a tiny fraction of that price. I was in disbelief when he told me the price. He said he's not into taking advantage of people. He came on Memorial day to start setting the trap under my house, and has been back every single day since to check the trap. The stubborn skunk hasn't been caught yet but he's been around leaving his scent. So far he has caught 2 possums. He releases them into the woods and comes back to re-set up the trap. Everyday like clock work he checks the traps and never disturbs me, which I very much appreciate since I work niteshift and sleep during the day. He has made me a customer for life. I plan on using him for all my pest needs and plan on having my home and yard sprayed next. Just an all around nice and professional man.

Mr. Esaparza was a very polite and seemingly well knowledged. He appled the pesticide to our yars and by the next day we are able to enjoy our yards pest free ! I'm a very satisfied customer.
