Scott Ford, the founder of MCAG, is an ISA Certified Arborist and is recognized as a qualified health and risk assessor and an oak wilt specialist. The team at MCAG are professional arborists and are educated on proper tree pruning and maintenance methods.
Plant health care is also an essential part of MCAG. Our certified applicator is trained to assess trees and construct a maintenance program to help keep your trees healthy, avoid deadly diseases and pests, or to slow the growth of limbs close to the house, roof, or utility lines. Our certified applicator is also certified in herbicide application to help manage weed and other invasive growth affecting your home and landscape.

Responded quickly, assessed the trees in question, and gave me a better price than anyone else. Very affordable and their team was quick, they cut down two trees in less than an hour, as well as trimmed another one. Highly recommend!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on an hourly rate and disposal fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Normally, we set up a free estimate with the customer. We like to meet with the customer face-to-face but sometimes can provide a quote without meeting the customer. We are paperless and send the estimate via email or text. Customers can accept the estimate via email or phone. Once accepted, we perform the work. When the customer is satisfied with the work, we collect payment. We never ask for payment up front.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Scott Ford is an ISA Certified Arborist. He is also Oak Wilt Qualified and Tree Risk Assessment Qualified. We have additional ISA Certified Arborists and Plant Healthcare Technicians on staff. All our crews are trained in the latest methods and standards and attend annual training and safety workshops.
