FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All trees are different, some are easy or hard to trim and others require more time because of the risk factor. Some trees are out in the open and some are literally touching the house and requires special rigging. Pricing depends on the location of the tree and condition.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process for working with new customers is: 1. Setting a time and day to meet. 2. Walk through the landscape, evaluate the trees, discuss the job, find the best management practices for each specific tree, and mitigate the risks of any potential hazards. 3 Present the proposal/on-site estimate of the cost. 4. Approve the job and set a date to start the job. 5 preform the job. 6. Walk through with the customer and make sure it is to he/her liking satisfaction. 7. Accept payment.
