- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$75 Trip, $80 per hour labor (hourly not charged when doing per rate rekeys or master-keying), $18.50 per cylinder rekey, $32.50 per master-keying, $5.00 per key.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet a new Customer, I usually greet and introduce who I am and who I represent. I take the brief time to get to know what is needed and how it needs to be done. I always get prior approval should deviations need to be made. I believe in Complete Customer Satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a licensed locksmith since 1997. Throughout the years, I had to learn on the job training on extensive advance locksmithing in master-rekeying, high security locks and keys, residential, commercial, and automotive locks and keys. I am also certified in Tidel safes.
