I highly recommend Two Ten Music. Jarred and Doug are really professional in their understanding of what the crowd wants to hear and how to present it. Their equipment is top notch and they are very accommodating even when the requests come from all angles. We've had the pleasure of working with them outdoors at 5K fundraisers where they kept everything upbeat, lively, and fun. And we had a difficult event that they made look easy given that it required music throughout the evening to suit the tastes of an older age crowd, hip hop for a dance group that leads cheers and chants for the SA Spurs, and support with video, sound and music for a talk with newsreel footage from past Spurs Championship runs that was done by local sports anchor Greg Simmons. Two Ten Music gives that background that everybody expects when there's not any action otherwise, and then gets everybody on their feet with whatever style that you want to have. when i was planning my wedding i realized "hey, i need help"! As most of us do in this day and age i turned to facebook lol I (jokingly) stated "can i just hire a wedding planner! Low and behold i had a response, and it said yes you can! I was given Shalamar's contact information. My initial thought was, no way! i cant afford a real wedding planner, but when i had my first meeting with Shalamar i was pleasantly surprised. The cost was within my budget for what i needed ( i only needed day of coordination) and my first impression of her was ... comfort... she put my mind at ease, very attentive to what I wanted and how i wanted everything. She asked questions, as many as she had to and took notes! I knew i was going to be ok! Most brides know we want things how we want things and when we cant be there to overlook things it is extremely stressful. Shalamar helped take that stress off my shoulders. She was there front and center for rehearsal and taking notes as to who belongs where and with who. Day of wedding she was at the church even before i was, and made sure flowers were in place and people were in place. My bouquet was wrong, wrong and wrong, well she found the flower lady and had her fix it. easy fix but for a bride its the end of the world lol. When we got to the venue, again, she was already there and everything was in its place. The last minute items i had for her were put where i wanted. She had a schedule and was on it! She made sure everything went as it should, even had her assistant to help, because as you know one person can not be in 2 places at once! She made things even easier for us when she made sure she got our gifts into our vehicle before the end of the night. All in all she was the best facebook response i ever got! I am so very glad i had the opportunity to hire her! She was on point and for a person like me, pick, she was my perfect fit! Thank you Shalamar for everything, thank you for treating my special day like it was your special day and making sure everything was perfect!

I used celebration and festival rentals for my wedding reception. I had a very tight budget and Team was a very nice lady to work with, and the delivery and pickup made it very convenient. My wife unfortunately went into the ER the day before before our wedding so quite a few changes had to be made very last minute, they were very accommodating and it was greatly appreciated.
