- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Out of San Antonio, TX city limits will be $75 charge to view job which can be credited back if you decide to move forward with us on your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask the customer what they have in mind for the job then we can brainstorm together all your ideas, different material options, colors etc. I will then proceed to sketch out your vision on paper. From there if everything is to your liking we will crunch numbers and usually we submit your estimate within 24-72 hours via email. We will send you your estimate for review and you can choose to sign off on it from your phone and pay the 50% deposit either via check or card. We also offer financing from a 3rd party lender. You can save 3% on the convenience card fee for any project paid via card and opt to pay via check or Cashapp to StoneWater Artscapes LLC.
