FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices vary based upon the following: -wedding size, -location - date (holidays are priced slightly higher), -do you need assistance writing your vows? -do I need to be present at the rehearsal? -do I need to attend a part of the reception? Sometimes, the officiant is asked to be present at the first 20-30 minutes of the reception. -do you need other assistance with your wedding day? For example, I have a photographer & videographer available for booking as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is simple. I treat others the way I would like to be treated, so all of my new clients will receive an initial phone consultation with me. During that time, we establish expectations, goals, and time frames. This is where many questions are answered. Wedding size? Style? Denomination? Vows?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ordained pastor. While I do not a pastor a church, I am a spiritual leader who does not inflict my beliefs on others. As a wedding officiant, I honor the wishes of the bride & groom. That said, whether you choose to have a spiritual (mentions God) or not (not mention God) in your ceremony, I will ensure your special day to be your hearts' desire as this is your life-long memory. As a member of your wedding party, I want to be part of your vision for your moment of celebration.
