Introduction: Our services entail running fitness boot camps for beginner-advanced levels in 2 locations here in San Antonio, with 3 times to choose from Monday-Thursday. We work all aspects of the body through our program and really try to keep it innovative, so that you don't get bored with our program. We also have the ability to customize your own Zumba, yoga, Pilates, and kickboxing class, if you can get a group together with interest. I'm a certified personal trainer and have an exercise science degree from Schreiner University. What customers love about my work is that we are creative in our workouts and make our customers feel good about themselves and help them achieve their personal fitness goals. Innovative Fitness is here to transform lives and help people become more aware of health and wellness.
