Great professionalism, great set up and a wonderful massage.. Can't wait to book with her again...
Lucas's treatment space is centrally located and relaxing. My session with him was great and he made acupuncture treatment very un-intimidating and approachable. He listened intently and asked good questions and provided thoughtful explanations to the multitude of questions I had. It had been a while since I had been to an acupuncturist and I was nervous that it would hurt but was amazed at how little discomfort I felt throughout the whole process. I went into see him for stress management (and also happened to have a headache at the time) and left headache-free and feeling extremely relaxed, and felt reinvigorated and re-balanced several days after! I will definitely be heading back for more treatments soon.
Allison Fleming worked as acupuncturist at my center, New Beginnings Wellness Center, for 5 years and worked in my room, as well, doing reflexology during some of my facials. Allison still works with me several times a week..She is the most nurturing, thorough acupuncturist and knows so much about nutrition, it continually blows me away. Her knowledge is amazing and she researches every ingredient, every symtom, thoroughly and I have learned so much from her. She puts her whole heart and soul and mind into each client 's individual needs, going far beyond the expectations of the usual acupuncture one receives. I highly recommend her for any type illness, injury or detox program you want to do. She is magical and awesome.
I've been getting healing work from Billy for at least 5 years now, and what really stands out to me is his warm presence and obvious dedication to my long term health, both physical and mental. I feel like he is an important and reliable ally in my small collection of caregivers. Most often, I get acupuncture for stress reduction and I come out of the session extremely grounded and mellow, as if the "reset" button was pressed. I've had excellent results with his Hakomi therapy as well, which has had a long term impact and helped me very much in learning ways to manage stress and fear. I have learned a ton about using food and herbs from him as well. Billy is a kind and generous person, offering low cost acupuncture at times for those in need - most recently, he has offered free/pay as you can sessions for those hit hard by the recent flood/tornado damage here in Austin. If you want to establish a long term connection with a skilled TCM practitioner who has a shining heart, you need look no further.
Chasity is amazing! I have received both massage and acupuncture treatments from her. She has helped me with my severe digestive issues, which include allergies to wheat, barley, and rye. Thanks to her my digestive problems have stabilized. I have recommended Chasity to all of my friends and co-workers.
As soon as you walk in Patrica's office, an overall sense of calm rushes over you. Patricia is warm, friendly, and not only experienced but extremely knowledgeable about almost everything! I highly recommend Patricia and have already sent a few friends and relatives in to see her. There is no one better than her in San Antonio!

I have 20 years of massage therapy experience in Swedish, Thai, deep tissue, shiatsu and body walking styles and 16 years of acupuncture therapy experience, using needles, electrical stimulation, cupping and moxibustion. Around eight years ago I found myself in an Acupuncturists office, being treated for a persistent and intractable pain in my lower abdomen. This was not my first acupuncture treatment, but it was by far the most profound! Western medicine had no diagnosis for me and therefore they had no treatment plan for me, despite the hundreds of dollars I had already spent on tests. Acupuncture was a last ditch attempt at relief for me and I was honestly not too hopeful. Imagine my surprise when I was freed of my pain after a single treatment! My acupuncturist did not seem at all surprised by this as a matter of fact, she seemed quite use to the shock and amazement that I was displaying. This, in and of itself, left an impression on me. I was undeniably inspired and motivated by this experience and two years later I took the plunge and enrolled in Chinese Medicine school. It became my lifes desire to help others in the simple, elegant, and effective way that my friend had helped me.
