Scott was straightforward and truthful over the repairs that were required for my washer. He said it could be A or B and unfortunately it was B and the repair would be more than the washer was worth. But he was quick to diagnose - didn't try to talk me into a repair that didn't make sense. Trustworthy and really appreciated the fact he only charged me the service call cause he realized he couldn't fix it for a reasonable amount. Will absolutely use him again!

Scott stayed with ou washer issue until he found the solution which turned out to be defective parts sent by one vendor. He got the parts from different vendor and managed to fix the issue so we could wash our clothes in time for our trip.

First of all the technician Scott did not come to my home. It was Patrick. He came to fix my gas oven and told me I needed to order a part which I did. He said he would come back and install it. I got a confirmation for my appointment but then for some reason, my appointment got canceled. I sent a text to Patrick to ask him why my appointment got canceled and he never responded. Two days later when it was time for my appointment, he never showed. I texted him and Scott to ask if someone was coming to fix my oven and still no response. I called and no answer. Now I am having another company come to fix my oven. This is no way to run a business and I would not recommend using them.

Scheduled a confirmed appointment with Scott to check my window ac unit that won’t turn on. Took day off work, waited at home all day for them to arrive between, got a text that they were on their way 45 min out. Then 2 hours later get a message that my appointment is canceled. Reach out to Scott asking why and was told some BS response that the technician had arrived but “found it unsafe, unsanitary conditions and couldn’t proceed”. No one ever arrived here, I have cameras and have been home all day. I have a normal home with nothing “unsafe” or “unsanitary”. What a waste of time. I’d leave zero stars if I could
