He is very personable and easy to talk to. We didn't get around to doing any real therapy. I think he was just getting background info.
My husband and I met with Wendy to strengthen our marriage and help us compromise on some polarizing issues in our marriage. My husband was VERY apprehensive towards any sort of counseling and by the end of our 2 and a half hour session (we booked a 2 hour but things were going so well, we added another half hour) we felt revived. Wendy's sessions are not focused on the problems, but focused on providing tools to help us fix our problems. Anyone who is feeling apprehensive about counseling/rehashing the past- know that Wendy's sessions are far from that. She makes a promise to her clients that her couples are always strengethed after every session and I can attest to that being the truth. I will add that communication can be tricky with Wendy because she is clearly a successful marriage coach and provides her interpersonal strengthening skills to the corporate world as well. Know that it may take an email, a text, and a follow-up text to get a response sometimes but she is worth it. My final thought on our experience so far with Wendy is the convenience of our sessions. Wendy comes to YOU which we loved. Nothing better than being in the comfort of your own home- as opposed to trying to navigate your way through traffic, park, and sit in an unfamiliar space. If you are on the fence whether marriage coaching is right for you, let me be your biggest push into taking a chance on Wendy. She will change your marriage, and your life!
Excellent experience with Ms. Cantu. She truly cared about my 4 foster kids during the time she gave them therapy sessions. The kids really opened up with her to help them through their traumatic experiences. She also helped me with some issues I was dealing with the kids. She went out of her way to meet our busy schedules. She's very down to earth, sympathetic, and puts her heart into her work.
I LOVE Lindsey. She works so well with me and she's wonderful at ensuring I accomplish my therapy goals. She has helped me learn how to feel proud of myself, and she is so sweet. Her office has become my safe place. I would recommend Lindsey to anybody!
I feel Angela Hayes is an excellent Life Coach. When my husband and I split up she helped me to realize the things I would need to live on my own like what to get from my husband and the things I would need to set up my own house. When I decided to go back to my husband she helped me decide on the things my husband should do before I went back and made sure I had the support I needed with therapy and doctors when I went back. I would recommend her to anyone who needs help or needs someone in their corner. She was a wonderful asset for me to have.

My husband and I hired Sean for discernment therapy. He is really good at what he does. It is good to have him by our side as we figure out what is next for us. He brings equanimity and intention to everything we are doing.
Sydney is a friendly and compassionate therapist with a welcoming, warm demeanor. She is an excellent listener and always stays engaged when talking with others. She is very empathetic, great with helping you problem-solve, and it is incredibly easy to open up to her.

I have experienced many different types of massage. Erin has a gift that cannot be taught. She truly cares about you and listens to your needs. After each massage, you feel so refreshed inside and out.
Dr. Parsons is a wonderful therapist. She played a big role in helping me sort out some challenges in my life I was going through and I can't thank her enough. I especially liked the CBT techniques she shared with me because they are ideas and exercises you can practice right away to see immediate changes, rather than going through months and months of therapy and feeling like you aren't making progress. I only saw her for about 5 sessions and feel like what I have gained from these sessions will last me a lifetime. I highly recommend her.
Beatrice is a great therapist! She was there for me for one of the hardest times in my life. She was always flexible with scheduling. One time I was in a crisis and reached out to her for an appointment via email. She could tell from my email and knowing the situation that I was in that it was an emergency for me. She responded in minutes and said she could meet me now. Even though her office was closed and it was way past her normal work hours she was willing to come in and help me. She always helped me to reflect on my thoughts and what I was feeling but also made sure that I was making decisions for myself. She assisted me in getting back to the strong and independent woman I once was. I would strongly recommend her!

As a counselor, she challenges her clients, while using their strengths to push them toward personal growth and identified treatment goals. The advantages of counseling are in direct relation to the time and effort that each person invests toward their own individual goals and drive toward emotional well-being.
I do not use the same counseling approach or technique for every client. Since every person is different and every issue is different, it's important to use a technique that will best fit the person and address their need.
Hello, my name is Vanessa. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW). I obtained my MSW from Washington University in St. Louis. I have over 9 years of experience providing therapeutic services to children, adolescents, couples and families who are affected by abuse, trauma, loss, divorce, and family violence. I specialize in providing family therapy, marriage counseling and cognitive-behavioral therapy. I work from a strengths-based perspective, believing in the power and the importance of recognizing individuals' strengths. I am currently a stay-at-home mother of two young children and decided to continue my practice in the evenings and weekends. I currently do not accept any forms of insurance but believe therapy should be affordable. Pricing is flexible. I hope you find the help you need in your life and wish you peace and happiness.
