Doug did two separate computer jobs for me. The first job was replacing a failed hard drive in a home PC. Doug was able to recover data from the failed drive, and copy it onto the new drive. The job was done on time, and the price was more than fair. The second job involved prepping a new computer by removing bloat ware, making recovery disks, and loading antivirus software. Once again, Doug did an excellent job, on time, and for a very fair price. I highly recommend Doug Mace for all computer work. His service is the best value I've found. He's more timely and much better priced than the big box computer service departments. Doug has earned my trust for all my computer service needs.
Had an Hp crashing with blue screens, and Michael checked out and recommended getting a new computer. So I bought a new Dell, and he came over and installed the old disk drive onto it, so I could still access and manipulate my old data. He was very helpful and open the whole way, giving me pointers on the new computer and stuff. I am very pleased with his work.
