Miguel did the work and then some more that I needed! He did not try to bid high and then “give me a deal”. He finished the work in less than a week and it was of good quality. Painted the whole house and ceiling, took out carpet and replaced with wood looking tile. Fixed a small water leak and replaced the overhead microwave.
