- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Individual sessions are $120. Paying for 4 sessions in advance is $400 (you save $80). I also have a sliding fee schedule available.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will meet at my office and you will have an opportunity to talk about what you would like to change in your life. It is usually a supportive and fun visit where we will outline a path for moving quickly toward your happiness and understanding the wisdom within the obstacles that separate you from it now. Most clients choose to use guided, supported breathwork to help to let go of past blockages and stuck emotions. Mostly our work will be with talking and developing your insight and self-awareness. But some of it will be in breathwork and meditation, as well. I have a hypno-gogic light that can have profound impact for those who want to change. The light I use is the Pandora Star.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My most recent coaching certification is spiritual life coaching through the Divine Intelligence Institute, an ICF-accredited training program. I also hold a Master's degree in linguistics -- our language shapes so much of who we are and the way we walk through the world. I am also a trained Montessorian through Southwestern Montessori. I always like to say that Maria Montessori was the original unschooler, a true student of life. I am also a certified Breathwork Teacher, trained by J.P. Crimi. I teach in the styles pioneered by Stanislav Grof and popularized by Wim Hof. But, the truth is that my most profound training has come to me in moments of gestalt, sudden awareness, and profound realizations that were revealed to me through the divine connection of the type that I am now teaching. As Wim Hof cheerfully quips while remarking on students' first three-minute breath holds: "Anyone can do this!"
